By using Nosh (n0sh.io), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What Nosh does
Nosh helps a group decide where to eat. You invite people to a session, everyone picks their food preferences and ranks nearby restaurants, and Nosh helps you land on one. Nosh can also suggest a restaurant for you.
Nosh does not make reservations for you. When you choose to book, we send you to a third party — OpenTable or the restaurant’s own website — where any reservation is made directly between you and them. We don’t guarantee availability, and we’re not responsible for reservations, cancellations, no-show fees, or your experience at the restaurant.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, such as a name for your group.
- Don’t misuse the service — no automated abuse, no attempts to break or overload it, no illegal use.
- You’re responsible for activity under your account and for any reservations you make.
Accounts
You can use Nosh anonymously or sign in with Google. You’re responsible for keeping access to your account secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service.
Third-party services
Nosh relies on and links to third parties (Google, OpenTable, restaurant websites). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Restaurant information is provided by Google and may be inaccurate or out of date.
Availability and “as is”
Nosh is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nosh and its operator won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed reservations or restaurant experiences, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $50.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
